📅 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DEADLINE

October 2, 2026
Students who wish to take an AP exam through Chickasha Public Schools must register and have their exam fees paid by October 2. This is our local deadline and allows CPS to order exams and collect fees before placing our order.

HOW TO REGISTER

Students who attend a school that does not offer the AP exam, attend a private/virtual school, or are homeschooled should:
1️⃣ Contact the AP Coordinator at Chickasha High School as early in the school year as possible.
2️⃣ Provide the student's information and identify the AP exam(s) they wish to take.
3️⃣ The AP Coordinator will create an exam-only section for the applicable AP subject(s).
4️⃣ Students will receive a join code to enroll in the exam-only section through My AP.
5️⃣ Submit payment for the exam(s) by October 2, 2026.
6️⃣ Students will be notified when and where to report for testing and what they need to bring.

COLLEGE BOARD DEADLINES

• October 2, 2026: Preferred AP exam ordering deadline
• November 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET: Final AP exam ordering deadline
• March 12, 2027: Deadline to add homeschooled students or students whose schools do not offer their AP exam(s), if applicable
Students should begin this process as early as possible, as schools may establish local deadlines and policies for students testing outside their enrolled school.
